Beginning on September 5th, 2023 all users will be required to set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
Two Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account. When you log into your account you will be required to enter both your password and a security code that will be sent to you from your email or an authentication app.

Members enrolled in more than one SISC health plan will need their Member ID located on the front of their ID Card to create a user name and password. If you do not have your Member ID then you will need to contact AmeriBen Member Services at 1-877-379-4844 for assistance.
